DESCRIPTION
Spend your vacation in one of these two unique villas that boast tropical gardens and ocean views. The inviting open-air living
room lets you enjoy the refreshing sea breeze of the pacific, or retire to one of the three air conditioned guest suites to
indulge in a real Mexican siesta. Rent both villas together or individually.

- Sleeps: 6 adults
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The undersigned agrees to all of the following terms and conditions:
- To be personally responsible for any and all damages to the house, property, and its contents for the duration of their stay.
- To personally pay for any and all damages to the house, property, and its contents for the duration of their stay.
- Replace any broken or damaged contents on or in the premises.
- To personally remit payment in lieu of replacement for any and all damaged items, contents of the home or its property for the duration of their stay.
- To pay a refundable $350 US/WK damage deposit.
- To abide by all of the Rules and Regulations of the house.
- To remit payment for the rental period as set out in the Payment Schedule.
- Agree to the Cancellation Policy.
- All occupants will sign a comprehensive release form 30 days prior to their arrival date.
All children under 18 will have their guardian or parents
sign the release form and accept responsibility for any and all children under their guardianship or care.
- Agree to remit payment for the quoted rate as set out in the Confirmation Form.
- To meet all the requirements of the Terms and Conditions no later than 30 days prior to arrival:
- Completion of Registration Forms and 100% deposit- needed to secure requested time.
- Signed Terms and Conditions Form 30 days prior to arrival.
- Signed Release Form 30 days prior to arrival.
- 50% of rental remitted 30 days prior to arrival, and the remaining 50% due the day of arrival.
RULES & REGULATIONS
In order to enhance the quality of your stay at Arrocito International, the following rules and regulations have
been designed with your comfort, health, and safety in mind:
- NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE.
- Minors are prohibited from consuming alcohol on the premises.
- Shower before entering the pool
- NO DIVING in the pool.
- No unsupervised children under 12 are permitted in the pool.
- No sitting on household furniture with wet bathing suits.
- No running the A/C while absent from the room.
- No rowdy or destructive behavior is permitted on the premises.
PRICING & PAYMENT SCHEDULE
- High Season: Nov 1 - April 30: $3800 US/WK family up to 6.
- Low Season May 1 - Oct 31: $2800 US/WK family up to 6.
- Combination rates available.
- Concierge welcome package included.
- Additional families/couples or guests are added at the rate $150 US/WK per additional room.
- 100% deposit (cheque, money order, TT) upon receipt of Registration Forms - needed to secure requested dates.
- Damage deposits will be refunded prior to departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- More than 30 days notice- 25% penalty of quoted rate.
- 21-29 days notice-50% penalty of quoted rate.
- 20 days notice- 100% penalty of quoted rate.
